Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 48 business hours to process your order. (for items that are in stock) Expect an email within 48 business hours to let you know your order is on the way! STORE PICKUP - Canopy, Abbey Street, Wicklow, A67HR66 Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-5.30 Monday-Saturday. A notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using An Post. Flat rate shipping fee of €7.60 applies to orders shipping to within Ireland. Shipping is free for orders over €75. 

Shipping rates outside of Ireland will be calculated at checkout

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lilypadhome.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
